a little bit about me!I am a versatile professional with close to 30 years’ experience gained through a variety of progressive positions within health, non-profit and government organizations including 19 years of facilitation and consulting experience. I've been on the front line and have held middle and senior management positions so I understand the challenges facing staff at different levels. I love designing and delivering interactive sessions that help teams and groups accomplish their goals and build healthier communities.
I have a friendly and engaging facilitation style that has helped numerous groups and organizations overcome inertia and move from ideas to action! I am a strategic thinker with the ability to ask focused questions and design interactive processes that harness the collective wisdom of all participants for mutual benefit. I earned a Master’s Degree in Recreation from the University of Waterloo and have undergone extensive training in management and leadership development augmented with numerous courses in facilitation. I am fond of inspirational quotes and Earl Grey Tea. I love to be outdoors - hiking, cycling, swimming and cross-country skiing. I also like to snuggle up with a good book or a challenging cross-word puzzle. I'd love to hear about the great work you are doing and help you turn your ideas into action.
